Each person chooses distracting apps and supported websites that can wait in the companion app, starts Focus, then scans their paired Anchor when they decide to unlock.

How it works

Compatibility

The iPhone app requires iOS 18.5 or later, NFC scanning, and Apple Screen Time permission. One Anchor pairs with one phone. Android support is coming soon.
