In the companion app, choose distracting apps and supported websites that can wait, start Focus, then scan your paired Anchor when you decide to unlock. The physical step moves the off switch away from your screen while keeping essential tools available.

How Anchor works

  1. Choose what can wait. Select distracting apps, categories, and supported websites in the companion app.
  2. Start Focus. Begin a saved mode in the app or by scanning Anchor.
  3. Return when you decide. Scan your paired Anchor again to end the session.

Compatibility
